Shipping Policy

1. Shipping method

Orders are shipped as parcels using a carrier service available for the delivery address. The delivery method and any delivery charge available for your order are shown during checkout where applicable.

2. Estimated delivery time

Parcels are normally delivered within 7–12 days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, remote-area delivery and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery time.

3. Order processing and dispatch

The 7–12 day estimate begins after the order has been dispatched. If an item requires additional preparation before dispatch, any relevant information will be provided on the product page, at checkout or in order communications.

4. Taxes and delivery charges

Product prices shown on the website include applicable taxes according to the checkout configuration for the order. Any delivery charge payable by the customer is shown before payment. If a destination is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to deliver there.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking number or shipment update may be provided in your account or by email after dispatch. Some cross-border or consolidated services may not display a complete tracking history until the parcel reaches a later carrier stage.

6. Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

7. Delayed, lost or undeliverable parcels

If the estimated delivery period has passed and the parcel has not arrived, contact us with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier to investigate. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery costs may apply before it can be sent again, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
